At our company, every order is custom prepared and hand-decanted specifically for each customer at the time the order is placed. Because our products are made to order and involve personal-use fragrance items, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, order cancellations, exchanges, modifications, or changes to fragrances, bottle sizes, quantities, or shipping information cannot be accommodated. We kindly ask that customers carefully review their order before completing their purchase to ensure all information is accurate.

Refunds will only be considered in the event of an error on our part, such as receiving the incorrect item, an incorrect quantity, or another verified fulfillment mistake made by our team. If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be issued at our sole discretion after the issue has been reviewed.

If you experience any problems with your order, including damage during transit or a fulfillment concern, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
